How we work
Step One
We'll need access to your equipment. This can be accomplished several different ways. If your data center has staff present 24/7, you can simply authorize access for Philly Hands/Inerail. For "lights out" data centers which issue key card or PIN access, you may supply our staff with a single card/PIN.
If your data center does not issue keys for after hours access, and does not have staff present 24/7, please contact us. We have special arrangements with several of the facilities that we service which allow us after hours access directly.
Step Two
Depending on the expected amount of work, you can purchase time in one hour blocks. If you anticipate a longer task, or several trips to the data center, you can take advantage of our multi-hour discounted rate. For larger scale or deployments, please contact us for a custom quote.
All purchased hours are valid for 12 months from purchase date. Hours can be spread over multiple trips, or multiple data centers. Hours must be prepaid before an engineer will be dispatched. All services are billed in 1/2 hour increments, 1/2 hour minimum. No refunds (full or partial).
Step Three
We're here when you need us the most. Our 24/7 Philadelphia based network operations center is reachable via both phone and email. Additionally customized monitoring and pro-active services are available under individual agreements. We can notify you when there is an issue, and keep you informed every step of the way until services are restored.
